By accessing or using the ব্যবসায়ী platform (website, app, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

ব্যবসায়ী is a business-management SaaS platform providing sales, stock, customer credit, purchase, accounting, and reporting tools. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features (we will provide reasonable advance notice for significant changes).

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use this service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (phone/email, password) accurate and secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with no payment method required. After the trial, continued use requires selecting a paid plan (Starter/Growth/Pro/Enterprise); otherwise the account is suspended (not deleted — it can be reactivated later). Pricing and feature lists are published on our pricing page and are subject to change (with reasonable notice to existing subscribers).

You retain full ownership of the business data (products, customers, sales, accounting, etc.) you input into the platform. We process this data only to the extent necessary to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy for details). You may request an export of your data when cancelling your account.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraud, or prolonged non-payment. After cancellation, the account moves to a "cancelled" state — see our Privacy Policy for data retention and reactivation details.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or causes beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ব্যবসায়ী and its founders/employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or business opportunities) arising from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ব্যবসায়ী and its founders/employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the service.

The ব্যবসায়ী platform's software, design, logo, and branding are owned by us (or our licensors). Your right to use the platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license — not a transfer of ownership.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. [Confirm the actual governing jurisdiction with your lawyer.]
